Connections with flanges are durable, reliable and durable. Stainless steel version allows you to use them in aggressive environments, at high pressure and temperature. Flange connections are installed not only in pipelines, but also in mechanisms, building structures.

We offer AISI 304, AISI 316, 12X18N10T stainless steel flanges, 10X17H13M2T at affordable prices. In our assortment:

• welded flanges DIN and GOST. They are welded to the ends of the pipes with two seams and a gasket is installed between them, ensuring the tightness and uniformity of the pressure distribution, and then pulled off using fasteners. The connection works at a pressure of up to 2.5 MPa;
• collar flanges DIN and GOST. They are welded to the ends of the pipe with the ends of the collar. Collar flanges provide almost complete tightness of the connection, working at pressures up to 40 MPa;
• free flanges are stainless and silomine. The complex of connections with free flanges includes the collar ( board-chayba, selection ). The collar is welded with a cake to the end of the pipe, on which the free flange is worn. Flanges are tightened. Compounds with free flanges are installed on hard-to-reach sections of the pipeline that need frequent repair and maintenance. Since free flanges do not come into contact with the working environment, it is possible to install cheaper silhouette flanges on unstressed sections of the ( pipeline to 1 MPa );
• DIN and GOST flange plugs blocking the operating flow;
• flange gaskets of steel and non-metallic DIN and GOST. Steel gaskets are used in the responsible sections of the pipeline, in other cases — woundite, Teflon, EPDM.
